Event Details

During Elvenses, your young child will scoop and pour natural materials, create art, play make-believe, and enjoy traditional library storytimes with hootenanny-style singing.

Elevenses on Monday can get a little rambunctious, so it has a FROG sensory and activity level: noisy with high activity in groups.

This program emphasizes the early literacy activities of PLAY, READ, TALK, SING, and WRITE, which are essential habits for getting ready to read as determined by the American Library Association's Every Child Ready to Read program.
