Another paving update from Planning Director/Special Projects Advisor, Bill Savage:
Base asphalt going down now on South G Street between 20th and 16th Streets.
Will be milling on South 20th Street from South G to South H next. Please move vehicles parked on the street.
Base asphalt will be put down right away and will be able to drive on after that. We discovered that this street had hardly any existing asphalt base. So in order to get a street that would last we had to go with a 4" base asphalt and then the surface. Sorry for the inconvenience.
