Town Completing Income Survey for Grant/Funding Opportunities

Town Completing Income Survey for Grant/Funding Opportunities

Over the next few days, Ingalls residents may receive an envelope with a green survey inside identical to the image below. If you receive the letter, you were randomly selected to complete a survey in order to qualify the town for funding for a much-needed infrastructure project. In order to receive this funding, it is imperative that residents respond to the income surveys in a timely manner.

The envelope will include a survey form, instructions, and a letter from the Town Council President. Please complete the survey form and send it back in the postage-paid envelope provided. Mike Kleinpeter, Certified Grant Administrator with Kleinpeter Consulting Group LLC will be collecting the completed surveys and will be assisting in obtaining certification of this survey.  It is extremely important that all answers on the survey be completed and the survey is returned within 3 days of receipt.  Failure to respond will result in another survey being mailed to your address.

None of the information provided will be used other than for grant/funding purposes and is sent directly to the Grant Administrator to ensure confidentiality. The Town will only receive a summary report of the data and will not receive individual data by household. Please contact Neil Stevenson at 317-485-4321, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, if you have any questions or need assistance in completing this survey.  Thank you for your cooperation in completing this survey and assisting the Town in obtaining grant/funding assistance!
