Street Commissioner, Dave Jones and his team
Recycle & Sanitation Commissioner, Jason Phillips
Elwood Police Department
Elwood Fire Department
Tom Ecker, Lynn Edens, and the Madison County Emergency Management
Scott Harless and the Madison County Highway Department
Clay Creekmore, Michelle Hiatt, and the Elwood Parks Department
Tom Polson from the Elwood Maintenance Department
Kaylie Phillips
My Assistant, Mandy Stout
Community Development Director, Christy Clark
Utility Foreman Glen Murray, Dewayne Cosby, and the Elwood Utility Crew
Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor Josh Ginder, Flood Plan Response Coordinator Justal Ball, and the Wastewater Team
...and to all the citizens for their support, encouraging words, and patience.
I apologize if I missed anyone. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Elwood is the greatest place to live, work, and raise a family, and yesterday was just another instance to prove that!"
