Town Of Cicero Hires Plan Commission Director

Town of Cicero recently issued the following announcement.

Cicero Town Council President, Dan Strong, and the Cicero Town Council announce the hiring of Frank Zawadzki as the new Cicero/Jackson Township Plan Director.  Mr. Zawadzki was previously the Director of Warehouse operations for Tradewinds Logistics in Westfield, IN.  He has 10 years of water/wastewater experience as a contractor for Citizens Utility in Indianapolis and has 10 years of custom home building experience in Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield and Noblesville.

Town Council President, Dan Strong, stated, “The Town of Cicero is happy to welcome Frank and his vast knowledge and experience to our team.  Our community has been planning and working on some exciting projects and we look forward to what he will bring to the Town.  We believe he is a great fit for this position and that he will assist us in continuing our efforts in making Cicero a wonderful place to live, a thriving place to own a business, and a place that people want to visit.”

Mr. Zawadzki proudly served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry division and after his service, he studied Environmental Science at IUPUI.  He and his wife moved to Indiana in 1994 and have three children, with his youngest daughter graduating from Hamilton Heights in 2021.

Mr. Zawadzki said, “I am grateful to be able to work in the community I reside.  My family and I have lived in Jackson Township for the past 18 years and have been proud to call it home.  It has been impressive seeing the growth in Cicero.  I look forward to working with the residents, businesses, and the Town as we continue to make Cicero the best place to live and work.”
