Madison County Health Department recently issued the following announcement.
PFIZER DOSES FOR CHILDREN AGES 5-11 START TOMORROW, THURSDAY NOVEMBER 4, 2021 AT MCHD!!!!!
The Madison County Health Department has received 300 doses of Pfizer-Tech COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11. The schedule will be opened for kids’ vaccinations to begin on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE TOMORROW 11-4-21.
Starting tomorrow, you can schedule your appointment at MCHD at https://vaccine.coronavirus.in.gov/en-US/
All other vaccination sites in Madison and surrounding counties offering 5-11 vaccination can be found at www.ourshot.in.gov.
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult with identification. If a parent or guardian cannot bring the child, the accompanying adult must have a signed letter from the parent/guardian permitting the child to be vaccinated.
