City of Tipton recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Tipton Redevelopment Commission has three properties that they are
currently offering as building sites for single family homes. Homes must be
completed within 1 year of the date of closing on the property.
The properties are located at 208 Second Street, 625 West Madison Street, and
312 North West Street.
Property information and offer forms are available at the mayor’s office located
at City Hall, 216 South Main St., Suite 400.
Completed offer forms must be returned to the mayor’s office. Offers will be
opened at the October meeting of the RDC.
Offers of less than the listed appraised value will be considered, and the
Redevelopment Commission will base their decisions on what they consider to be
the highest and best offer for the property.
